Return & Refund policy
All purchases come with a 14-day "no questions asked" return policy unless noted otherwise, provided the items are returned in their pristine state and original packaging. This policy takes effect upon successful delivery to the recipient. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending back the item(s). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer used free shipping to their location alongside their purchase, the buyer will need to pay the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee, both of which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s). We strive to make every transaction satisfactory for our customers.
To ensure a smooth return process, buyers are required to take photos of the product and the packaging before sending any goods back.
For factory-sealed goods, new in box, or otherwise new products, if the seal is broken, EOLSYSTEM will charge a restocking fee of 25-30% of the value of the product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
After 14 days, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless noted otherwise during the sale.
Limited 90 days Warranty
EOLSYSTEM offers a 90 days limited warranty on all products listed on the site. A warranty claim can be initiated by the customer through email to shop@eolsystem.com. Each claim is individually investigated. To facilitate a thorough investigation, customers are required to provide comprehensive details concerning the use case, environment of use, any potential damage incurred during transit, and all pertinent documentation. Should the product function within its intended parameters, the warranty claim may be considered invalid.
It is important to note that warranty claims regarding batteries within motherboards are exempt, as it is the purchaser’s responsibility to update any potentially outdated components within the systems sold. Our refurbished systems undergo rigorous testing, as denoted by a specific identification number (e.g., "202311031337"). While we may perform tests on products prior to delivery, it is not uncommon for refurbished items to necessitate minor adjustments to achieve full operational status.
