Duties:

Please note that the listed prices do not encompass any potential duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other charges that might be levied upon the product's departure from our warehouse. All such additional fees, including but not limited to the aforementioned, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping:

Eolsystem offers standard worldwide shipping rates based on weight. For a custom shipping quote, especially if you find the standard rate unsatisfactory, please contact us directly.

Some items may qualify for free worldwide shipping. Please contact us to check if your purchase is eligible. 

We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, up to 14 days delivery. Normally within 5 days. 

Certain items might require a more extended lead time, potentially up to 2-3 weeks. Lead times are denoted in the product description.

To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders and maintain the confidentiality of our customers, EOLSYSTEM has instituted the following address policy:

  1. Confidentiality of Addresses: All addresses provided to EOLSYSTEM will be treated with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Address information will only be shared with third-party shipping companies for the purpose of delivery.
  2. Required Address Information: For Company Deliveries:

    • Additional delivery instructions, if any (e.g., door codes, specific opening hours, lunch breaks, etc.)
  4. Required Address Information: For Deliveries to Private Individuals:
    • Attention Name (Recipient's name)

    • Zip/Postal Code

    • Country
    • Phone Number
    • Contact Email
    • Additional delivery instructions, if any (e.g., door codes, specific opening hours, lunch breaks, etc.)
  6. Consequences of Inaccurate Address Submission:
    • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to EOLSYSTEM, a processing fee of $25 USD will be incurred by the customer.
    • The customer must then provide a corrected address within 3 days of notification.
    • If a new, accurate address is not provided within the 3-day window, the order will be terminated.
    • For orders that are terminated due to incorrect address submission, a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the order value will be deducted from any refunds issued. This fee covers costs associated with handling items ordered from suppliers who do not accept returns.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all address information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees.
